The delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated during the processing of each order.

 The applicable delivery costs depend on the amount of the order and the country of delivery:

  •  delivery costs in mainland France and Italy: order less than €100: €10 including VAT, order greater than or equal to €100: free
  • delivery costs to other countries: order less than €250: € 25 + VAT, order greater than or equal to €250: free

ERCUIS reserves the right to modify the prices and the delivery costs by modifying the present general conditions and by posting them immediately on the site, but ERCUIS undertakes to apply the prices which will have been indicated at the time of the validation of the order client.

Prior to the final validation of his order, the customer will have access to the total amount of his order including tax, delivery costs included.

Purchases made during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00) are borne on the same day and delivery is secured and guaranteed by our trusted courier within 3-6 working days from the moment you have made your purchase.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For these cases are executed on the next business day.

Delivery times are valid only for the items available and from the moment of shipping the item. In the event that an item has been added to cart but later became temporarily unavailable, you will be promptly notified by our Customer Service. In case it was not possible to send the full amount of the products purchased (due to technical and administrative issues) we will delete your purchase, and the entire amount you paid will be refunded.

Items available on request and personalized items are made to order and are subject to longer delivery times, which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis to our Customer Service Department when the offer is validated by the customer.

The courier does not carry call in advance and does not handle requests for delivery on specific times.

If you will be away from the delivery address, the courier will leave a coupon in your email inbox or close to your handset, in which you will be notified of the passage of the courier and you will be given the telephone number to call to coordinate the delivery.

If delivery attempts fail, the goods come into stock at the depots and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary for the release of the stock.

In case you do not receive response within three days of receipt of the notice, the goods will fall in our stores and you will be credited the amount of the goods purchased.

We can also deliver to an alternative address (eg your workplace): you just need to specify the coordinates for the delivery time of purchase.

For safety reasons, no deliveries are made at PO box addresses or post offices to service "poste restante".
